I had the priviledge to speak at PyCon this year in Portland, Oregon. This was my first time speaking at PyCon and I was very excited to talk on a topic I truly love, graceful degradation. The talk focuses on techniques one can use to gracefully degrade and mitigate the impact of failures when the dependencies within your system begin to fail.
